Parts of the church
Vestibule, choir and organs
The narrow iron door lead you to the inside of the church. The stone pillars separate the vestibule that corresponds to narthex from ancient basilicas. Next to the entry there is a stoup made of black marble, right next to there are confessionals in which confessions are heard. The wooden confessionals by the entry to the church and everything, which is made of black marble in the church, was probably designed by Francesco Placidi an Italian architect from XVIII century. The choir dates back to the early XVII century. The basic purpose of the choir was to have a capacity for the singers, the organs and music. The organs came here in the last place.
